Living Our Mission

Here at PRF, we live our mission.

We honored April 2011’s Parkinson Awareness Month by embarking on a new patient outreach strategy. On April 19^th, 2011, PRF representatives visited a local support group to inform Parkinson patients about our free educational programs, including our educational cruise program.

We gave a presentation to patients that made them aware of all there is to gain from attending PRF’s free programs: the unrivaled access to Parkinson experts, the interactive therapy sessions designed to improve daily life, the camaraderie enjoyed by connecting with other Parkinson’s patients worldwide. We have already begun expanding this patient outreach plan by scheduling visits to over 100 support groups in Florida.

What better way to reach patients than to speak to them directly?
